The Oracle Awaits You
The mythic landscape brims with prophets, seers, and oracles. Our astrological landscape, too, can be populated by these figures, through engaging with the asteroids named for them. Where do you meet the seer, within?
It is a hallmark of the hero’s journey that one must encounter, or receive the favor of, an oracular ally, to find their way along the path. These prophetic figures are able to tune in directly with the words, desires, and will of the gods.
This course offers a tour through the stories of asteroids named for oracular figures, so that you can form a deeper connection with your own innate powers of prophecy, creativity, intuition, dreaming, and personal reflection.
Join me as we wend through the stories of dark feminine seers like Cassandra, Circe, and Medea, through the solar halls of Delphi to learn the stories of the prophetesses known as the sibyls, and into the dark forests of poet prophet Orpheus and his tragic tale of prophecy and lost love.
What’s Covered & What Do We Get?
Each lecture will teach the stories of each mythic figure, offer insight into psychological symbols each represent, and teach you how to read the corresponding asteroids for each character, so that you can see where you have a personal connection with these prophetic asteroids.
In addition to lecture and class discussion, I will supplement this class with creative writing prompts, a guided meditation to cultivate connection to the personal intuitive, and a dream journal to capture and revelations you have along the way :)

These three lectures will be recorded for forever replay, making the class accessible to all timezones.
Each lecture will be approximately 90 - 120 minutes in length, and include space for Q/A and class conversation.
Students will be encouraged to share their charts and stories of asteroid connection in our class forum.

Your natal chart holds the key to so many important questions of individuation. By weaving these special, prophetic asteroid placements into your chart, you will be able to cultivate a deeper bond with your own intuition, your creativity, and your connection to a sense of the divine within. Class 1: Witches and Seers in the Ancient World

Lecture Topics
In class 1 we will define the concepts of divination and prophecy in the ancient Mediterranean, discuss how to interpret asteroids in one’s natal chart, and learn the myths of Cassandra, the rejected seer, and Circe and Medea, witch seers, to deepen our understanding of the dark feminine and the prophetic.
Asteroids Covered
We’ll learn to interpret mythic asteroids: Kassandra, Medea, Circe, as well as learn the basics of asteroid work in astrology.
Class 2: Oracles of Apollo and Their Solar Power

Lecture Topics
Class 2 will guide us through the stories of the sibyls, feminine prophets who acted as the mouthpieces of Apollo, god of the Sun. We’ll explore the story of the Oracle at Delphi, the Cumaean sibyl as underworld guide, and contemplate Apollo’s relationship to the act of divination.

We’ll learn to interpret mythic asteroids: Sibylla, Pythia, Delphi, and Apollo.
Class 3: Orpheus: Poet as Oracle

Lecture Topics
Class 3 brings us into the mythic story of Orpheus, son of Apollo and the muse Calliope. Orpheus became a prophetic figure after a disastrous journey to the underworld to save his lost love. We’ll think about poetry as a channel for the prophetic in the ancient world, Orpheus’s relationship to ancient shamanism, and ways to reclaim our inner poet-seer.

We’ll learn to interpret mythic asteroids: Orpheus, Eurydike, Dionysus, Bacchus, and Lilaea
