Introduction to Astrological Ritual

One module of my Divine Art of Astrology class is dedicated to introducing students to the basics and theoretical underpinnings of astrological ritual. I’m happy to share the full lecture from that course here with you all.

In this two hour talk, I move through the historical origins of astrological magic, the magical meanings, uses, and correspondences of the seven traditional planets, and walk us through a few different methods of thinking about electional astrology and the creation of talismans.

This is meant to be a gateway drug to more in-depth engagement on this topic, which is endlessly detailed and deep! But I hope that what you find here sparks your curiosity and can encourage you to think about ways in which to bring these techniques into your life.
